Database Operator
Jawa Barat

Responsibilities:

• Manage IT Support Application team.
• Provide day to day end-user IT Support (troubleshooting, inquiry, and requests) based on service level agreement for the applications (e.g. trading system, etc)
• Ensure timely resolutions for all application issues.
• Escalate major and outstanding issues to the related parties.
• Conduct system maintenance and administration for all applications.
• Ensure compliance to IT Securities and policies for all IT Support, maintenance, and administration.
• Ensure all documentation is complete.
• Coordinate with vendor/consultant for support escalation.
• Perform troubleshooting analysis of the applications supported.
• Ensure back up systems are in place.
• Provide regular updates on system performance, service level achievement, and any significant issues.

Requirements:

• Age max 30 years old.
• Bachelor degree in Technology Informatics/Computer Science.
• Have min 1 years working experiences as IT Application Support.
• Have knowledge on IT Infrastructure architecture database, network, programming, & ERP system.
• Experiences with SQL Language (MySQL, SQL Server).
• Experience in managing IT Projects.
• Have a service & attitude orientation.
